Return and Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. KimetsuAdvent offers refunds only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please note that once the product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund, unless the issue was present upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at omerbuisnessacc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and unopened (unless damaged on arrival).

  • The claim must be made within 3 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests for products that show signs of being opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling.
